Hi, I’m Jac!

Yes, I am the face behind Yellow & Lace, but if you have worked with me or follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I am no longer alone. Over the past few years, I have built a team of talented artists and developed a business I never imagined.

Yellow & Lace represents my genuine love for art and my desire to use this gift to serve others in various ways. What began with creating invitations expanded into signage, which led to teaching workshops, collaborating with small businesses, connecting with top event coordinators, and eventually evolving into a live art business. Reflecting on the past 10 years, it's incredible to see how Yellow & Lace has grown and transformed.

So why live art? Because it combines two of my passions: art and people.

My love for portraiture and drawing people started at a young age and deepened when I took a life drawing class after undergrad. The class was challenging, but it was rewarding to study and capture the uniqueness of each person and bring it to life on paper. Plus, it was always nice to see the joyful reactions to my drawings.

I take pride in the connections we make at these events. We don’t just provide you with an art piece; we ensure you and your guests have an exceptional experience while we paint you, showing the care and attention we put into our work.
